Communication Specialists, a Motorola Charter Dealer, was established September 1, 1991 as a Motorola Authorized 2-Way Dealership. Today the company consists of two separate companies, Communication Specialists, Inc. and C. S. Leasing with annual sales of 2.5 million and fifteen full time employees.

In 1994, Communication Specialists opened it second location in El Dorado, Ar. And purchased a new facility in Texarkana located at 401 Wood Street. The new facility was completely renovated on the inside, establishing sales and administration offices, technical room, install bays, training room, parts department and reception area.

The company is a Manufacturer Representative for a variety of Manufacturing Companies that produce products for RF Wireless Systems, Law Enforcement Agencies, Industrial Warning Systems, State and Local Governments, etc. The following represents some of the Manufacturing Companies represented by Communication Specialists:

The company employees three outside sales people with the responsibility of generating new customers, as well as, servicing our existing customers. The outside sales people attend many hours of training every year that is provided by the different manufacturers they represent. They are also responsible for keeping the customer base aware of all new products coming out and informed on how those products could benefit their company.

Communication Specialists, Inc. is proud to be a Motorola Authorized Service Partner. The service depart is responsible for repairing and maintaining the different types of equipment sold by the company. There are presently five full time technicians within the service department. Included in their responsibilities are repair of equipment, system design, engineering, system networking and maintenance on company owned equipment.

Communication Specialists, Inc. owns seven communication towers, LTR Trunking Systems, SMR Trunking Systems, Broadband Wireless Network, and is in the process of installing a MotoTrbo Trunking Network. All of these services provide a means by with we can meet the ever changing communication needs of our current and future customers.
