PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The IC-F5011 series has 8 channels. The P0-P3 programmable buttons allow you to customize the radio to suit your needs and convenience.
 

Use the built-in 2-Tone, 5-Tone, MDC 1200, CTCSS and DTCS capabilities as standard to set up your own talk groups and quiet stand-by when others are talking.
 

Up to ten 2-Tone or eight 5-tone codes can be decoded on a channel. Features such as stun, kill, revive, answer back, auto TX, scan audio output are programmable to respond to each tone.

The IC-F5011 series has a built-in MDC 1200 for transmitting a PTT ID and emergency * signal and for receiving radio check, stun and revive. Assimilate the radio easily into existing MDC 1200 systems.
 

The priority scan function allows you to monitor one or two priority channels while scanning other non-priority channels. The Tx channel and talk back functions allow you to make a quick response while scanning.
 

The optional ACC cable allows you to connect with various external devices to control audio output, modulated signal input, remote channel control, horn honk and many more functions. OPC-1939 is a D-SUB 15-pin type and OPC-2078 is a D-SUB 25-pin type.
 

The radio is built to survive harsh environment and keep working.

The new COMMANDMIC is an identical physical layout and user interface as the F3400D. By installing in into a vehicle it allows a secondary remote control of the F5400D.

The IC-F5021 series is ideal for small-to-mid sized systems for public safety, large industry to light commercial users. The IC-F5021 series offers multiple signaling, advanced scanning, improved external channel control capability and wide frequency coverage packed in a compact body. This rugged mobile easily exceeds your expectations with its reliable performance and communication quality.

128 channels (max.) separated into 8 memory zones. Memory channels can be identified with the 8-character channel name and selected easily with the up/down buttons.


4 watts (typ.) front mounted speakers delivers clear and loud audio. With the speaker facing the operator, audio can be clearly heard without impediment during operations.


A pair of up/down and P0-P3 function assignable buttons allow you to customize functions to meet specific needs. An independent volume knob offers simple, convenient operation.


The tough aluminum die-cast chassis and polycarbonate front panel have been tested to the MIL standard 810F. With this heavy-duty construction, the IC-F5021 series provides reliable operation over the long term in all manners of rugged environments. Use the built-in 2-Tone, 5-Tone, CTCSS and DTCS capabilities as standard to set up your own talk groups, PTT ID and quiet stand-by when others are talking. F5220D / F6220D VHF / UHF digital transceiver

The IC-F5220D series provides NXDN™ CAI-based IDAS digital mode operation. It is compatible with IDAS multi-site conventional and IDAS multi-site and single-site trunking.
4 watts* front facing speaker delivers clear and loud audio throughout a vehicle's cabin. In addition, the digital modulation provides distinct clarity even at the fringes of the communication range.
When you change the operating channel, the radio announces the channel number. Convenient for making radio adjustments without having to look at the radio.
In the multi-site trunking mode, if the signal condition worsens as the radio user moves, the roaming scan automatically finds a new site to retain the communication link and quality.
The tough aluminum die-cast chassis and polycarbonate front panel have been tested to the MIL-STD-810 environmental tests.

F1721 / F1721D / F2821D Analog, P25 Conventional VHF/UHF Mobiles

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

For organizations who run an analog radio system and must migrate to a conventional P25 digital system, Icom provides one of the best solutions. The F1721/D series mobile allows you to program P25 digital and/or FM analog mode per channel. Flash ROM capability means future upgrades and flexible customization, tailored for your system. Moreover, built-in multiple tone signaling capability and an optional voice scrambler satisfy existing analog FM system requirements. Icom’s frequency range coverage and rugged construction ensures a flexible, long life radio for you. Icom is the smart choice for current – and future – public safety communication needs.


The F1721D & F2821D is P25 compliant. The mixed mode scan is compatible with both analog FM mode and P25 digital mode allowing users to program digital and/or analog FM modes per channel. The mixed mode scan allows you to detect and receive both analog FM and P25 digital modes and to transmit either mode depending on programming.


For basic encryption the F1721 series comes with a built-in inversion type voice scrambler. For a slightly more secure system, the optional rolling and non rolling (UT-109/UT-110) are available. Many public safety agencies require high level encryption: AES & DES. Icom offers an AES and DES upgrade to provide secure encryption for the F1721D and F2821D mobiles.
