F3400D Series IDAS UHF/VHF Portables

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The F3400D series radios is Icom new flagship IDAS product. Dozens of new features and functions are included all in one new small form factor size. Features like SD Card, USB interface and Bluetooth appear for the first time in this land mobile product. A brilliant color display allows for easy observation of critical information, in the dimmest of light to the brightest of sunshine. Icom is the choice when you want to take your communications to the next level.

 

The high-resolution color LCD enhances the visibility both in nature and indoor lighting. Clearly labeled function and menu items make it easy to understand icons and characters. The night mode LCD setting is an alternative for use in night time or low lighting conditions. The glass is scratch resistant to protect from cracks and scratches.

The F3400D series can record incoming and outgoing communications, and replay recorded communications. Add a 32GB microSD card and record up to 500 hours. The recorded audio is saved in “wav” format and allows user to replay on the radio or a PC. Users can optionally overwrite first call in first call out, if the card is full. The recording captures timestamp and individual or group ID. Unit ID is captured on individually calls and group ID is captured on group calls. Users can also scroll to playback calls on the radio.

For emergency situations the F3400D series includes an emergency button and five emergency functions: man down, motion detection, stationary detection, lone worker and power OFF emergency. The motion/stationary sensor sensitivity level is programmable in 10 levels for each function.

Popular in our marine radios, the AquaQuake draining function emits a vibrating buzz sound that clears water from the speaker grill to help maintain clear audio.

Icom F3001/F4001 Two-Way Radio

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Icom IC-F3000 series is so easy to use there's no special training required. The few knobs and buttons are generously sized for easy operation and are designed to provide non-slip, positive action — even while wearing gloves.

 

While the Icom IC-F3001 radio is a compact unit with a height of only 111mm (43⁄8 inch), the radio is tested to dust protection and water resistant equivalent to IP54 and 11 categories of MIL-STD-810 environmental test. In short, the IC-F3001 series is built rugged!

 

The built-in bridge-tied load (BTL) amplifier offers powerful 800mW* audio output from the large 45mm speaker. The Icom IC-F3001 radio delivers loud and intelligible audio even in noisy environments. Typical with internal speaker

 

A new high efficiency FET of the Icom IC-F3001 series reduces consumption current and provides 20 hours* of operating time with the BP-265, 2000mAh battery pack. Even when used with the BP-264, the radio offers 14* hours of operating time. The Icom IC-F3001 radio has the internal VOX capability for hands-free operation. Optional compatible headset with plug adapter cable OPC-2004 can be used with the radio. Also, the VOX gain and VOX delay time are adjustable.

 

2-Tone and 5-Tone signalings give you selective calling, quiet stand-by and other convenient functions with programming. The radio "stun" function disables a radio over the air and the "revive" function restores the stunned radio. The priority scan allows you to monitor one or two priority channels while scanning other non-priority channels. The Tx channel and talk back functions allow you to make a quick response while scanning.

Icom IP100H
License-free radio for wireless networks (WLAN)

Icom’s IP100H WLAN or IP radio is a compact, yet powerful device.Measuring only 95 mm high (~3.7 inches) and weighing 205 grams (~7.2 ounces), the IP100H is one of the smallest professional radios on the market.

The IP100H is a wireless network radio and can move freely within the network. Adding several access points can easily expand coverage for your radio system.

The IP1000C controller that connects to the wireless network allows grouped users to hear and talk with another group. Individual calls are also possible. Full duplex communication (as with a regular telephone) can be used if enabled in the IP1000C controller and if a headset is connected to the IP100H.

Icom F3161 F4160 Two-Way Radio

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The supplied 2000mAh (typ.) Li-Ion battery pack, BP-232N, provides 14 hours* of operating time. The optional battery case BP-240 provides a convenient back up and great reassurance in an emergency.

Both LTR™ trunking and conventional channels are programmable on a radio. Group, selective (DTMF), and phone call are available in LTR™ mode.

Using a large full dot-matrix LCD (32 × 18 mm), the IC-F3161/D series shows upper and lower case characters clearly. The display setting is selectable from 1 line, 12 characters or 2 lines 24 characters via programming. The bottom row shows assigned functions to the [P0] to [P3] buttons.

 

The IC-F3161/D series employs a BTL amplifier that increases the audio output and the built-in audio compander provides clear, low noise communications.

 

When the radio is not operated for a preset period, a beep sounds and a button push is required. If no button is pushed within that preset time, an emergency signal automatically transmits and alerts your co-worker or dispatcher to any potential trouble.

 

The built-in inversion type voice scrambler* provides secure conversation as standard. When a more secure system is required, the 32 code non-rolling-type voice scrambler UT-109R and 1020 code rolling type UT-110R are available as an option.

F9011 / F9021 P25 Digital & Analog portables VHF/UHF

Heavy duty and portable, the F9011 and F9021 radios offer both analog conventional and P25 digital conventional operation. The P25 trunked option can be added to operate on local, regional or statewide P25 systems. Designed specifically for the public safety user, the F9011 portables provide excellent operation for both gloved and non-gloved users alike. This product series offers ergonomic advantages that make daily operation comfortable and tactical as expected. Users can choose from a basic non-display, display or display with keypad model. Icom F50 F60 Two-Way Radio

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

When a pre-programmed 2-tone/5-tone code or call from a specific user (MDC mode only) is received, the radio vibrates powerfully enough to be felt through heavy clothing. Available on specific versions only.

 

When When a pre-programmed 2-tone/5-tone code or a SelCall (MDC mode only) is received, the voice recorder automatically starts recording the incoming message. You will not miss an important call even when you are temporarily away from the radio. You can manually start recording incoming calls and also your own message. It records up to a maximum of 8 minutes (Or up to 48 calls of 10 sec. recording time). Available on specific versions only.

 

When the radio is not operated for a preset period (1 to 255 min.), the radio sounds a beep and requires you to push the emergency button. If the emergency button is not pushed for a preset time (1 to 255 sec.), an emergency signal automatically transmits and informs your co-worker or dispatcher that something may have happened to the individual worker. In the mode dependent setting, the scanning setting is dependent on the operating channel. When you change the operating channel, the scanning list automatically changes to the operating channel setting. It is convenient when you move to a different operating area and change an operating channel, you don’t have to change the scanning setting.

 

The Tx channel while scanning can be programmed per scanning list. The talk back function allows you to transmit on the channel detected after scanning resumes after a preset time, prior to the Tx channel setting. The nuisance delete function temporarily deletes a busy channel from the scanning list. Backlight at stop scan automatically turns on the LCD backlight when the scan stops.

The IC-F3011 series is compact (120mm; 4 23⁄32 inch height) and light weight (approximate 300g; 10.6 oz with BP-232N and antenna). The aluminum die-cast chassis is the basis for this rugged construction, allowing long-life usage in various environments.
The radio is tested to MIL-STD 810 specifications and to the IP54 rating for dust protection and water resistance. The IC-F3011 series is built to take harsh use and keep working.
The IC-F3011 series comes with a high capacity 2000mAh (typ.) Li-Ion battery pack, BP-232N, as standard. The BP-232N offers up to 16 hours* of operation

ATEX (Atmospheres Explosibles) European standard

This is the European Union directive to which all two-way radios must adhere if used in potentially explosive environments. ATEX and IEC have technically identical standards for electrical equipment since 2006. The F3201DEX series will provide some of the highest ATEX Gas, Dust and Mining Protection.

Safety features

The F3201DEX series has a number of built-in safety features in analog mode. The lone worker function detects when the radio is not operated for a preset period and a beep sounds requiring the user to push a button. If no button is pushed within the preset time, an emergency signal automatically transmits and alerts co-workers or dispatcher. The man down function sends an emergency signal if left in a horizontal position.

In both analog and digital mode, the user can program the red Emergency button to send an emergency tone when pushed.
